Garden of Eden

The brief was quite simply....passionfruit. So after a few flavour combo brainstorming sessions I decided upon a passionfruit and lemon sponge cake with light lemon cream filling and frosting. I finished off the cake with a drizzle of passionfruit pulp.........and named it Garden of Eden (Guns N Roses)

Mandy, my friend is having a birthday. I have decided to make her a batch of Candy cupcakes for her and a few friends she is having over for lunch.
